Unlikely: While not a good idea it likely won't be lethal. However, if they have an underlying cardiac problem it could be very dangerous. Also depends on what strength the pills were, five 10mg pills prob safe but five 30mg pills much less safe. If the person is in distress then take them to the ER or call 911.you could also notify the prescribing physician.
