No!: Not only can Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) make his pain worse if he does not have adhd by causing increased stimulation, it can lead to further addiction issues and should not be used in this manner. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a stimulant and when someone is going through opioid withdrawals, a stimulant can magnify these symptoms. Please convince your friend to not do this and seek help by a physician to help control the withdrawal.
