Learn to accept: yourself as you are. By age 22 years old - do not expect any significant increases in height.

Most likely not: much. Most people epiphysis plate fuse at about 25 years making it impossible to grow any further. But by 22 years most people has completed their growth

No: Most people stop height growth by age 19 At this age you should just concentrate on a good diet and exercise to remain healthy
