Slow, but sure: To keep it simple since your dose is fairly low you can try cutting by half every week. Then you can do every other day, twice a week, until gone. If you notice a set back w/out cause - step back one step for a week. You should be fine. Since you knew and understand the initial cause - you may have been okay w/out it - but now the good news is you'll be okay soon.
