Not sure: Miscarriage is a possibility but implantation bleeding is another option, although, implantation bleeding is usually light. If your home pregnancy test was "positive", a serum pregnancy test is the next step and repeating it in 2-3 days is recommended. If the level rises it may indicate a viable pregnancy (x2 elevation at least).
