Of course: Talk to your Suboxone provider and that doc should help you. If you have been buying it off the street go to your regular doc for help or a pain doc and they can helpyou. Congrats for your efforts. Just be sure you have counseling and support to continue to stay clean. And the right crowd of friends.

Yes. Gabapentin: Gabapentin (Neurontin) is more effective than Suboxone in many cases. Titrate dosage to what works for you. Bedtime (sleep-inducing) doses usually 600-800 mg, but some patients require more (up to 2,400 mg). Daytime doses should be maximum tolerated without drowsiness (usually 300-400 mg several times/day). Gabapentin is very safe, does not interact with other meds, and is not scheduled.
