Need more info: A low MCV with a raised RDW would point towards iron deficiency. A MCV of 67 is severly depressed and would suggest severe aenmia. Anemia could explain the lightheadness however it would not be linked to the frequent urination or nausea. A cuase for iron deficency must alwyas be sought, and absent extreme dietary conditons, usually suggests bleeding.

Anemia: Possibly cause and effect of your symptoms. Combined deficiency of Iron and Vit B12 and Folic Acid Deficiency can I've you this picture but more c/w Iron Def. Nausea bets worse if you start Iron supplement by mouth. Ginger and Clove along with BRAT Die may help with nausea. YOu may also need EGD, and mor blood tests to confirm the Dx
