Congratulations: On your lively babies. I don't know of any safe way to get them to settle down. Telling them to stop won't work now or after they're born. :)

Good luck: Unfortunately, babies have personalities before they are ever born. "Stop" won't work for many years if ever. Generally speaking, active babies are healthy babies which is the reason kick counts are used to assess fetal well being. Sounds like this is a battle you'll be fighting for the next 20 or so years!

Movement is good!: There is no way to stop them from moving or kicking. It's a good thing that they're active. Saying stop will not work. Discuss this issue further with your OB/GYN. . Try cutting back on things that would make them hyper - caffeine, sugar, etc. Walking around when they're active may be soothing and might calm them down.
