See physician: chest pain with exercise at your age, may be due to undiagnosed asthma or muscle problem. Please see your physician for full evaluation

Asthma?: Did you ever have childhood asthma? Sometimes when some people start up a new exercise routine I noticed that their chest feels kind of tight. Given your Young age I think it is highly unlikely that you are having any cardiovascular issues. However, it would be prudent to consult with your physician and maybe even to get a chest x-ray to reassure yourself that nothing else is causing your symptoms

Seek help: While it is unlikely that this is concerning ischemia(the type of heart disease that involves blockages of arteries), any chest pain that persists warrants an evaluation. In fact it could even be an exercise induced variant of asthma. It's hard to say without more information and examining you, but again, I would still strongly suggest an in-person evaluation. Best of luck.
