Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Negate ORGANIC cause: There are many ORGANIC CAUSES to fatigue though in a person who is, all around healthy in all PHYSICAL ASPECTS such causes are less likely compared to lifestyle issues and/or psychological/behavioral stressors. Ruling out ORGANIC issues involves more than just looking at thyroid function and a CBC. I'd do more of both a metabolic AND Physical examination before finally ruling out ORGANIC causes.
