Friction: Within stretch marks the skin is thinned, and thus more fragile. Your inner thighs are rubbing against each other when you walk or run, creating friction which in turn causes the blisters & sores. You need to minimize that friction. Lose weight (if necessary), and buy one of those friction-reducing creams that sporting goods stores sell. Also, keep the sores covered with bandaids until they heal.
