Virus: Would recommend pushing fluids to avoid dehydration, rest & soft diet, f/up w/ physician, however if fever recurs or symptoms acutely worsen then need to be seen by Dr ASAP

See a physician: please seek follow up medical help as soon as possible. You ma want to stop Diclofenac as it may cause stomach irritation and vomiting
