Fractured sacrum: Fracture of the sacrum and/or coccyx is very painful and unfortunately the pain often goes on for weeks or months. Perhaps some pelvic congestion associated with your period aggravates the discomfort.

Coccydynia: Nerve innervating pelvic organs such as the Pudendal and Obturator nerves shared the same S1 nerve root that innervates the sacrum and coccyx region. Any process that increases intrathecal pressure can potentially increases pain along the region of S1 nerve root distribution.

Nerves: Nerves in sacral area ( tailbone) can effect the pelvic organs. Plus when you have had an injury, you nerves are hypersensitive...therefore you may sense more pain right now.
