Fine self-care: 1st - While it's not impossible, at your age/gender a cardiac problem is rare. Next, if it really improves w/ your good technique, it's not likely to be a major physical illness. It's most likely anxiety causing your breathing pattern to get out of wack and that imbalances blood chemistry. You put in back into wack (normal). If you'd want more help talk to a therapist, but I think you've got it!
