Withdrawal bleeding: Can occur if you discontinue use of your hormonal birth control, and often it takes 2-3 months before your cycles return to normal and you begin ovulating again. If you are hoping to conceive then simply starting taking a prenatal vitamin, avoid alcohol and other harmful things and don't worry about it. When you have gone 6 weeks without a period, use a home pregnancy test. Good luck!
