Check the TM joint: all muscles protect and support joints/orifices. The temporalis is one of the bilateral four jaw muscles that mediates movement of the mandible. I RX checking the status of the TM joint for biomechanical function and to check for toxin, pathogen allergen affecting the TM function. Rule out Lyme disease. get this checked , twitching of the temporalis is not a common finding.
