Mass where: first you describing typical renal colic complicated with infection crystals indicate sand or stone blood indicate irritation from sand or stone and WBC indicate infection now where was the mass showed by ultrasound in kidney down in pelvis around the ovary??? CT more accurate when it come to solid masses ultrasound help differentiate a cyst from solid mass make sure they are looking at same area

Kidney Stone.: If the stone were less than 3 mm and between the slices the CT scan takes, it can be missed on CT. It certainly sounds like a calcium oxalate stone.
