Yes: So we dont have your age for refence. But regardless, yes any stressor can lead to you feel depressed. Depression as such is a spectrum of illness. When we feel "low" - much of it can be non pathological, as in ur case- stress related. Finding a way to deal with stress is important - exercise, meditation being the most common ways. Bad ways to deal with stress are smoking. alcohol - dont do that!
