Healthy: Eat a healthy diet, ideally all plant-based. Cholesterol is only in animal cells so if you don't eat any animal products (meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy), you cannot get exogenous cholesterol. You may have a genetic/family predisposition to high cholesterol anyway but medicine will treat that. For diet, eat lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts. Exercise daily even walking.
