Most likely no: These yellowish whitish things are ver common in the tonsils. Debris forms in the tonsillar crypts and sometimes the tonsil forms a membrane that walls it off. This then appears as a lump. In general, these are nothing to worry about. If concerned, an ENT doctor will be able to quickly evaluate it and reassure you.
