For 2 year, bilrubin 1.4 and mid upper backache/neck pain. back feels very tight sometimes. mostly mid and upper. no nausea./jaundice. ?

Suspect Gilbert's: If your bilirubin is 1.4 (trivial elevation), it is primarily indirect / unconjugated, and you are not taking any meds or have any illness that promotes hemolysis, you probably have Gilbert's non-disease. In any case, your bilrubin is unrelated to your musculoskeletal problem; for the latter, you'll need an assessment by a skilled clinician. Best wishes.
