Could be bad or not: You are describing possibly gallbladder pains; you should see you local doctor for an evaluation. You may just have indigestion. This pain needs to be explored in order to better help you and relieve your symptoms. I am curious if the pain occurs after eating a high fat meal; if so this indeed could be biliary colic, which is gallbladder pain. Good luck and happy healing!

Many differences : there are many possibilities for this pain. At this point I will assume the back and the abdominal problems are the same. This could be infection, inflammation within your abdomen, or something in the back area. You need to see your physician. This could be related to your pregnancy, but you need to get it evaluated.
