You get what you get: It is the sex chromosome carried to the egg by the sperm that will determine what gender your baby has. It is totally the fathers doing, since your egg can only contain a single X chromosome.If he sent an X you get a girl, a Y you get a boy.That happened at conception.There is no diet/exercise/sex position that can change the process.
