Insulin testosterone: Testosterone levels are highest in the morning while fasting. Eating does raise insulin levels but the causality is not clear. There are studies which show an inverse relationship between testosterone in males and insulin resistance syndrome. This means that male with elevated insulin have lower testosterone.
