Vision and headaches: ,if there is associated pain or tenderness on your temples,should worry about temporal arteries,need to see an opthlmologist soon,but your symptom of neck pain ,unlikely to cause vision,changes,with headaches,you have to be evaluated for a blood vessel disease,or autoimmune condition,may be nothing but err on caution
