Time for a physical.: You need a focused examination of your feet and ankles, and ideally I would suggest a physical medicine clinician, but you may wish to start with your general physician. You need a neurological exam, assesment of your gait, examination of feet and ankles, shoes, plain films of the feet and possible blood tests. This is something that can probably be treated simply once a diagnosis is made. Be well

Physical therapy: You may need some physical therapy to improve. You may also need orthotics. See a fellowship trained foot and ankle specialist for treatment.
