Stool check for bugs: Depending upon the doctor's suspicion, based on your exposure risks and symptoms, your stool culture may look for salmonella, shigella, campylobacter, yersinia, and sometimes pathogenic e.Coli, additionally, stool can be checked for clostridium difficile, giardia, parasites, opportunistic pathogens.
