Flatulence: Flatulence odor may just be due to the normal bacteria in your colon. Certain foods can worsen the smell. Treat your constipation with 6-8 glasses of water daily, add fiber to your diet like whole grains, fruits, oats. White rice and bananas can cause constipation, so avoid them. You can try over the counter metamucil to add to water or orange juice.
