Lymphoma: I would consult with your oncologist. Usually there is a period of remission that is required before one should donate blood

Giving blood...: Most cancers, if treated successfully, and if >12months since therapy, will not cause the donor to be deferred. Unfortunately, any "blood" cancer (i.e. leukemia or lymphoma) will result in a permanent deferral. Good for you for wanting to donate blood though!
