Yes, possible: When the lymphoma is minimal and localized/contained on the lymphatic gland and does not involve the bone marrow- your blood counts could be normal. In later stage ( stage iv) when the lymphoma involves the bone marrow and startes to supress the production of normal blood counts- your blood counts will be affected and become abnormal.

Yes: Yes, lymphoma, unlike leukemia, takes a while to involve the bone marrow and/or peripheral blood, therefore the blood count is frequently normal, especially early in the disease.
