Unlikely: Fruit is not a source of the passage of any virus. Oranges are peeled and the fruit inside is generally sterile. The oranges would have to have been harvested by someone with the illness who deliberately put secretions inside the peel. Anyone with active ebola has greater concerns than contaminating oranges.

Ebola Virus: Transmission is from someone who has signs of active infection via contact wi blood or bodily fluids or through contact wi contaminated objects. Additionally, harvesting of produce from Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea has been greatly curtailed.
