Un likely: Ebola is a known virus with a locale of origin in central Africa Biological warfare has been proposed by some but is very risky as the agent can be transmitted depending upon human migration and issues of climate. There seems to me to be no political, economic or ideological advantage to starting an Ebola infection in Africa or anywhere else.
