Call ur periodontist: The periodontal packing is locked between your teeth and may be moving around a bit after ten days. You say that it won't come out, so the chances of swallowing it are very, very slim. Get in touch with your periodontist and see him/her soon.

Call the office: In general you should be seeing your periodontist for follow up, after 10 days the tissue has healed enough, the periodontist could tell you if you could remove it by yourself, if it is locked between the teeth you should be able to wiggle it out gently, if you can't just have them remove it.

See DDS: Go back to DDS or periodontist. The periopak material acts as an oral band-aid while the area heals. The DDS will decide whether the packing needs to be removed or replaced.

Periodontal Dressing: to protect the surgical site and keep you comfortable. In most cases the dressing is left in the mouth for a period of 10-14 days. See your dentist/periodontist for post-operative appointment to allow for removal of any dressings and/or sutures and to assess your healing.

Packing: Wow! Your packing material lasted a week and a half. That's terrific. The packing helps support the graft as it integrates. Please call the treating Dentist or Periodontist who did your surgery. It may have to be removed and possibly replaced. Call now for an appointment.

Should not be an iss: the pink perio pack is probably not needed 10+ days out. Its to protect the graft site as it granulates in as part of healing. If it comes out or you swallow it it will not be an issue. May want to go easy on the roof of the mouth for another week or two
