Is a more robust posterior communicating artery on right then left worrisome or normal?

Not usually: I'm assuming that you are referring to the posterior communicating artery providing blood flow to the right side of the brain. This is usually a congenital (inborn) change and does not usually produce problems in normal patients. Take care and stay healthy!
