You're growing up!: Yes! Your doctor will notice that you are maturing and talk with you about these changes, but if your question is whether she will perform an internal (aka pelvic) exam, the answer is no, that isn't necessary.

Not really: He/she will likely ask and counsel you more about social topics such as sex, drugs, alcohol, etc since you will be exposed to these issues more and more around this age. But other than that the physical exam will be the same as what you're used to. Also make sure to get your flu shot this year! And the HPV vaccine is a very strong recommendation as well so be sure to ask about it.
