Who is "her": You have referred to somebody as her in the question above. Unsure what is the age of this person you are referring. Symptoms definitely need to be evaluated no matter what the age is. Heart issues or sleep apnea are some of the possible causes. Also needs to ensure if it happens when sleeping in a sitting position when at home.
