Possible, but: Ten days before your period would also be 4 days after ovulation. When you ovulate you have a cyst on one of your ovaries, that could be the reason for your pain. If you did conceive, it would only be 4 days after conception and you are not likely to have pain or pregnancy symptoms that soon. By about 4 days before your period, a pregnancy test would be positive if you have conceived. Good luck.
