Possible pregnacy: If that kind of bleeding pattern is unusual for you, you have a regular 28-30 day cycle, and have not yet started your next period, i would definitely take a pregnancy test. You don't specify in your question what other pregnancy symptoms you are having, but the continued cramping can be a sign of early pregnancy. It never hurts to check a pregnancy test!
