Get serum HCG levels: If Hch levels normal she is not pregnant. Lt sided pain to be investigated .ANy fevers N/V radiation of the pain.What makes it worse or better,taken any Medication for it? ever had it before. Any constipation or urinary sx? What happened to one pregnancy...abortion,miscarriage .at what stage. ON exam any guarding,rebound tenderness. Pelvic exam...any tenderness ,tubo-ovarian mass/ Discharge

Pregnancy unlikely: With having a period, even if light one, and two negative pregnancy tests (assuming you did the tests correctly) it in not likely that you are pregnant. For further assurance you may wish to repeat the test in a week or so. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the package carefully.
