I woke up this morning and my stomach & back was on fire, tried to eat but it made it worse. what should i do? i do have some acid reflux. i'm 17.

Exam and PPI: Certainly get a medical examination and evaluation. Over the counter Pepcid or Nexium (esomeprazole) in combination with an antacid may be moderately helpful; however, I certainly suggest a medical workup.
