Stool analysisi and: You will need to get to a lab and have a stool anaysis for ova and parasites and a bacterial culture.I strongly suggest calling your physician ASAP and getting a GI evaluation.

Time...: Under most circumstances, there is no treatment to "cure" diarrhea - it needs to run its course and that can take time. Drink plenty of fluids with electrolytes to keep up with your bodies losses. Avoid sugary juices - they will only make it worse.
