What type of bug?: Are you asking what type of bug has bitten your son? That is difficult for someone to answer who is not there -I see that you are on vacation at the beach; my guess would be mosquito bites... If you are concerned that the bites are getting infected or need treatment, I'd advise he be evaluated so that the doctor can see the area. If they just look like regular bites - enjoy your vacation!
