Depends: if the rash is due to fungal infection, either would work, otherwise better see your doctor

Hi there. Been battling with intense itchy skin for the last couple of weeks. Inner upper arms, upper stomach and occasionally back of legs. There is no rash where I am itchy but just the intense itchiness. No new medication or creams. Nothing new.
