Spider bite: That depends upon whether you actually saw the spider and it truly bit you, or you are assuming something on your lip may have been a spider bite. These are uncommon and this is a very unusual location for a spider bite. If you develop any symptoms would strongly recommend you see a doctor immediately since, particularly with the brown spider, extensive tissue destruction may occur.

Spider bite?: If you are not getting any serious reaction on your lip or elsewhere on your body, it should just heal on its own uneventfully. Anything more than that, consult a physician. For extreme or unusual reaction, go to 24/7 medical facility, ER of local hospital, or dial 911. Most bites just cause local irritation and redness which is temporary.
