High glucose: This sounds hazardous for you. You must be careful to maintain hydration - be sure you are drinking enough. And you must not eat sugar or simple carbohydrate foods. Try eating a bit more protein and less saturated fat, too. Then you have to talk to your doctor or diabetic nurse specialist to determine what med to change.
