Sun protection: You can wear sun protective clothing - i.e. a rash guard (long sleeve swim shirt) to as one measure. Finding a sun screen SPF 30 or higher, hypoallergenic, broad spectrum protection with physical blockers (zinc or titanium dioxide). Apply liberally and frequently.
