Neg tests; probab B9: Looks like you went through a whole battery of tests. If nothing was found, what you have is most likely benign. I am guessing that it is a abdominal wall muscle strain, which explains the "stitch"-like pain when changing positions. Not sure why walking helps. Have you noticed a problem with coughing, sneezing, or laughing? And have you tried simple measures like a heating pad or an ice pack?
