Distended bloated abdomen for some time now colonoscopy nad, ct scan nad, blood work shows paraproteins but in past week right side of abdomen more tense and misshappen? also,sob, continuous headaches, loss of appetite, fatigue and am nasal bleeds?

At this point a hematologist's opinion will be needed in order to better understand/ characterize the origin/ cause for the paraproteins and in trying to rule out a paraproteinemia or monoclonal gammopathy that is suggested by your symptoms.
