Cycling: As a general rule if you get most of your exercise via cycling your hamstrings don't get the same level of exercise as your quads, along with that they can become quite tight. Cyclist are encouraged to cross-train/lift weights along with that I like to spend a little extra time stretching especially the hamstrings. Hope this helps!
