Not yet: It is not uncommon for young women to have varying symptoms and occasional changes in their menstrual cycle. Next to pregnancy, stress is a common cause of missed periods. Do you have a reason to be concerned? - Unprotected sex since last menstrual period? If your period does not come within the next week, check a urine pregnancy test. If having unprotected sex seek contraceptive counseling.

Have normal periods with some cramps. If I masturbate several times around my ovulation day I get spotting (red, light) (and rarely, also light cramps) which only stops after my next period. I dont think its due to laceration. Should I be worried?
